Eric T. Inabinet

Mr. Inabinet, graduated from Arizona State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate. A Phoenix native, Mr. Inabinet started his commercial mortgage career in 1996 with Keystone Mortgage Partners - a regional commercial mortgage banking firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. In 1998 he became Director of Underwriting for the firm, where his duties included training new commercial underwriters and performing third party market due diligence reports for several of the firm’s institutional investors.
From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Inabinet served as Vice President at GMAC Commercial Mortgage in Phoenix where he was responsible for capital structuring, sourcing, and negotiating third party debt and equity investments for developers and borrowers.
Mr. Inabinet is a member of the Arizona Commercial Mortgage Bankers Association, Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and he currently holds his Arizona Real Estate Sales License. Mr. Inabinet is also a member of the Men’s Art Council, ASU Alumni Association, and is a regular guest lecturer at the W.P. Carey Real Estate Development MBA program at Arizona State University.
